补喂L-瓜氨酸对公羊精液品质影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验通过补饲L-瓜氨酸,探究其对公羊精液品质及精浆激素和抗氧化能力的影响,为L-瓜氨酸在动物生产中的应用提供理论依据。选择体重62.65 kg±5.79 kg、健康的16只1岁吐鲁番黑羊公羊,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组8只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在对照组基础上每日每只羊补喂12 g的L-瓜氨酸。于试验第0天和第35天采集公羊血液和精液,测定相关指标。结果表明:试验组促黄体素和睾酮水平分别比对照组提高3.33%(P>0.05)和35.58%(P<0.01),精浆雌二醇水平试验组比对照组降低43.79%(P<0.01);精浆过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和一氧化氮水平试验组分别比对照组提高15.54%(P<0.01)、11.76%(P<0.01)和10.28%(P<0.01);超氧化物歧化酶和总抗氧化水平比对照组分别提高24.82%(P<0.05)和4.40%(P<0.05);丙二醛和抑制羟自由基水平试验组比对照组分别降低42.68%(P<0.01)和8.46%(P<0.01)。试验组精子密度和直线运动精子数分别比对照组提高39.55%(P<0.01)和42.59%(P<0.01)。综上,说明在此试验条件下,给吐鲁番黑羊公羊每日每只补喂12 g的L-瓜氨酸能够提高公羊精液品质、精浆激素水平和抗氧化能力。 The experiment was conducted to explore the effects of L-citrulline on semen quality,seminal plasma hormone and antioxidant capacity of rams by feeding L-citrulline,so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of L-citrulline in animal production. Sixteen 1-year-old healthy male Turpan Black sheep with average body weight(62.65 kg±5.79 kg)were randomly divided into control group and experimental group after normal semen collection,with 8 sheep in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was fed with L-citrulline 12 g/d on the basis of the control group. The blood and semen of rams were collected on day 0 and 35,and the related indexes were determined. The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the experimental group were increased by 3.33%(P >0.05)and 35.58%(P<0.01)respectively,and the level of estradiol in seminal plasma in the experimental group was decreased by 43.79%(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the levels of catalase,glutathione peroxidase and nitric oxide in seminal plasma of the experimental group were increased by 15.54%(P<0.01),11.76%(P<0.01)and 10.28%(P<0.01)respectively;superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in the experimental group were 24.82%(P<0.05)and 4.40%(P<0.05)higher than those in the control group,respectively;MDA and IHFR in the experimental group were 42.68%(P<0.01)and 8.46%(P<0.01)lower than those in the control group,respectively. Compared with the control group,the sperm density and the number of sperm in the experimental group were increased by 39.55%(P<0.01)and 42.59%(P<0.01)respectively.Under the condition of this experiment,the semen quality,seminal plasma hormone level and antioxidant capacity of male Turpan Black sheep fed with 12 g/d L-citrulline could be improved.
