四妙勇安汤联合腔内激光闭合术与Trivex旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的效果

Effects of Simiao Yongan decoction combined with endovenous laser treatment and Trivex atherectomy in treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities

目的:观察四妙勇安汤联合腔内激光闭合术与Trivex旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的效果。方法:选取60例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用腔内激光闭合术联合Trivex旋切术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用四妙勇安汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后静脉临床严重程度评分表(VCSS)评分,临床症状评分和并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组VCSS评分和临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.86%(1/35),低于对照组的21.21%(7/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤联合腔内激光闭合术与Trivex旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者可降低VCSS评分、临床症状评分和并发症发生率,其效果优于腔内激光闭合术联合Trivex旋切术治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Simiao Yongan decoction combined with endovenous laser treatment and Trivex atherectomy in treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods:60 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by odd and even numbers drawing method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endovenous laser treatment and Trivex atherectomy,while the observation group was treated with Simiao Yongan decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The venous clinical severity scale(VCSS)score,clinical symptom score and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the VCSS score and clinical symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than 21.21%(7/33)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Simiao Yongan decoction combined with endovenous laser treatment and Trivex atherectomy in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities can reduce the VCSS score,the clinical symptom score and the complication rate.Moreover,it is superior to endovenous laser treatment and Trivex atherectomy.
