摘要
气相色谱法是指用气体作为流动相的一种新的分离、分析技术,具有分析速度快、分离效率高、分析灵敏度高、应用范围广等优点。其在石化、环境、食品、医药分析领域中具有广泛的应用。本实验建立了二氯甲烷作为萃取剂,采用液液萃取气相色谱法对工业污水、生活污水中硝基苯类化合物进行测定,以保留时间定性,对应峰面积值定量。该方法分析时间短,准确度好(8种硝基苯类化合物加标回收率为81%~112%),精密度高(RSD均小于15%)。同时对萃取条件(PH值、萃取次数、萃取时间)进行了优化。
Gas chromatography is widely used in the fields of petrochemical,environment,food and pharmaceutical analysis.A method was established for the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in industrial sewage and domestic sewage by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography,with dichloromethane as extractant and the extraction conditions(PH value,extraction times,extraction time)were optimized.The retention time was qualitative and the corresponding peak area was quantitative.The recoveries of eight nitrobenzene compounds were between 81%and 112%,the RSD was less than 15%.This method has the advantages of short analysis time,good accuracy,and high precision.
