摘要
为提高连续流动分析仪检测烟草淀粉的结果准确性,依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对连续流动法测定烟草中淀粉的测量不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:样品的水分、萃取液体积和样品浓度是烟草中淀粉测量不确定度的主要影响因素;淀粉的测定值为3.90%,连续流动法测定烟草中淀粉的合成不确定度为0.05%,在95%包含概率下其扩展不确定度分别为0.1%。
In order to improve the accuracy of continuous flow analyzer in the determination of starch in tobacco,the measurement uncertainty of the determination method was evaluated according to Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty(JJF 1059.1-2012).The results showed that the moisture content of sample,volume of extract and concentration of sample were the main factors affecting the uncertainty.The determination value of starch was 3.90%,the synthetic uncertainty of continuous flow method was 0.05%,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.1%under 95%inclusion probability.
