“双高计划”背景下高职院校实验室安全文化建设探析

On the Construction of Laboratory Safety Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double High Plan"

在“双高计划”政策的激励下,高职院校实验室安全文化释放出教育目标引领、管理机制补位、风险治理创新、育人阵地建设的时代价值,成为推进实施“双高计划”内涵发展战略的内生动力。当前,高职院校实验室安全文化建设面临着精神理念淡化、制度设计泛化、行为教育弱化、物质基础老化等困境。因此,要通过挖掘人本化的精神内涵,厚植品牌化的制度根基,实施多元化的育人模式,打造信息化的“三防”体系,多维度实践安全文化的育人价值,促进高职院校高质量发展与和谐稳定。

Under the incentive of the"double high plan"policy,the laboratory safety culture in higher vocational colleges releases the era value of education goal guidance,management mechanism complement,risk management innovation and education position construction,which becomes the endogenous driving force to promote the implementation of the"double high plan"connotation development strategy.At present,the construction of laboratory safety culture in higher vocational colleges is still facing some difficulties,such as the weakening of spiritual concept,the generalization of system design,the weakening of behavior education,and the aging of material foundation.Therefore,we should excavate the spiritual connotation of humanism,plant the institutional foundation of branding,implement diversified education mode,build an information-based"three prevention"system,and practice the education value of safety culture in multiple dimensions,so as to promote the high-quality development,harmony and stability of higher vocational colleges.
