高职院校顶岗实习生态系统的构建——以污染修复与生态工程技术专业为例

摘要 学校、学生、企业与政府构成顶岗实习生态系统。此生态系统的高效、有序运行,离不开各个部分的协调与合作。系统内各个部分积极多维相互作用促进了校企合作、工学结合。文章以广西生态工程职业技术学院污染修复与生态工程技术专业为例,对高职污染修复与生态工程技术专业顶岗实习存在的问题进行生态学分析,并运用生态学理论与方法尝试搭建高职顶岗实习生态系统,为新时代高职教育高质量发展提供借鉴。 Internship ecosystem,which operates efficiently and orderly because of the coordination and cooperation of various parts of the ecosystem,is formed by schools,students,enterprises and the government.In the ecosystem,the positive interaction of various parts promotes the cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of engineering and learning.Taking the major of pollution remediation and ecological engineering technology in Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper makes an ecological analysis of the problems existing in internship of pollution remediation and ecological engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,and tries to build an ecological system of internship in vocational colleges by using ecological theories and methods,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era.
