湖北省基层医疗机构麻醉科发展现状调查

A survey of the status quo of anesthesiology departments in primary medical institutions of Hubei province

目的了解湖北省基层医疗机构麻醉科发展现状,为基层医院麻醉学科发展提供依据。方法通过微信向全省基层医疗机构发放电子问卷调查表,收集并分析相关资料。结果回收有效问卷479份,回收率33%。在开展麻醉业务的部分医疗机构中,100%设有手术室,仅38.95%设置麻醉科;42.63%配备专职麻醉医生,而3.77%麻醉人员未接受任何专业训练,5.59%未取得医师资格;96.05%开展手术室内麻醉,53.94%年麻醉量低于100例;仅47.37%配备除颤仪、31.05%配有止吐药;发生不良事件时,24.63%医疗机构从未上报;仅有46.35%愿意继续从事麻醉工作,40%希望提供进修学习机会。结论我省部分基层医疗机构麻醉学科面临诸多问题,尤其是麻醉人员严重不足、麻醉相关医疗设备配置不全、医疗制度执行不严,存在较多安全隐患。各级部门应重视基层医疗机构麻醉学科发展,并给予相应支持。

Objective To investigate the status quo of anesthesiology departments in primary medical institutions of Hubei province,and provide evidence for the further development of anesthesiology in primary medical institutions.Methods An electronic questionnaire was distributed to the anesthesia staff of primary medical institutions in Hubei province via WeChat,and then relevant survey data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 479 valid questionnaires(33%)were collected.Among these medical institutions carrying out anesthesia,100%of which had operating rooms and only 38.95%set up the department of anesthesiology;and 42.63%hospitals have full-time anesthesiologists;3.77%anesthesia staff receive no professional training,meanwhile 5.59%anesthesia staff haven t obtained a doctor s qualification.96.05%hospitals carry out operating room anesthesia.The total annual anesthesia case is less than 100 in 53.94%hospitals.Defibrillators and antiemetic drugs were equipped in only 47.37%and 31.05%hospitals respectively.And 24.63%hospitals have never reported adverse events.Only 46.35%respondents are willing to insist taking up anesthesiology occupation,and 40%hope to obtain more study opportunities.Conclusion The anesthesiology discipline of some grassroots medical institutions in Hubei province is facing many problems,especially such as the severe shortage of anesthesiologists,incomplete allocation of anesthesia-related medical equipment and inadequate implementation of the medical safety system,which bring potential medical safe risks.Administration departments at all levels should focus on the discipline development of anesthesiology in grassroots medical institutions,and give much support.
