提高G级油井熟料强度的实践

摘要 采取四组份替代三组份配料、适当降低生料筛余细度、控制油井熟料率值及矿物含量、优化操作工艺参数,提高物料预烧程度和旋窑快转率等措施,改进后油井熟料60℃、常压、8 h抗压强度提高4.0~6.0 MPa,通过客户回访,认为我公司G级油井水泥质量性能显著提升,满足油田固气井工程耐久性要求,流动度和触变性等性能指标甚至优于竞品G级油井水泥。 Four components instead of three components, properly reduce the fineness of raw meal screen, control the value of oil well clinker and mineral content, optimize the operating parameters, improve the degree of material pre-firing and rotary kiln quick rotation,etc., the compressive strength of the improved oil well clinker at 60 ℃, normal pressure and 8 h is increased by 4.0~6.0 MPA. Through the customer’s return visit, it is considered that the quality performance of our G grade oil well cement has been significantly improved,and it can meet the requirements of the durability of the oil field cementing well engineering, the fluidity and thixotropy are even better than the grade G oil well cement.
