摘要
当阳公司#2线自投产以来,间断性出现熟料需水量高(有时≥140 ml),净浆流动度有时为"零",28 d强度波动大(时常≤53MPa)的情况。配料上通过"钢渣+粉煤灰""、掺入脱硫石膏""、提高硅酸率"等方案;工艺上采用了"强火急冷"思路。降低了原材料波动大、熟料中镁、碱偏高等不利因素,对熟料使用性能的影响。
Since Dangyang Line #2 was put into production, the clinker water demand was high(sometimes ≥140 ml), the fluidity of the net slurry was sometimes "zero", and the 28-day strength fluctuation was large(often ≤53 MPa). The ingredients adopted the "steel slag+ fly ash", "mixed with desulfurized gypsum", "increase the rate of silicic acid" and other programs;in the process, the idea of "strong fire and rapid cooling" was adopted. It reduces the unfavorable factors such as large fluctuations of raw materials, high magnesium and alkali in the clinker, which affect the performance of the clinker.
