摘要
河北金隅鼎鑫水泥有限公司水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾项目采用了"机械生物法预处理+热盘炉焚烧"水泥窑协同处置工艺。文章介绍了项目工艺流程和主要设备特点,分析了项目改造过程中各个部分细节上的优化措施和经验,最后采取措施基本消除了协同系统对熟料生产的不利影响,保证了熟料质量,而且提升了熟料台时产量。
The cement kiln collaborative disposal project of Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. adopts the cement kiln collaborative disposal process of "mechanical biological pretreatment + hot plate furnace incineration". This paper introduces the process flow and main equipment characteristics of the project, analyzes the optimization measures and experience of each part in the process of project transformation, and finally takes measures to basically eliminate the adverse impact of the collaborative system on clinker production,ensure the clinker quality, and improve the clinker output per hour.
