摘要
由于水泥厂扩建产量提升,石灰石原料需求量大幅增加,为满足生产需要,对老厂原有能力400 t/h的6.3 km石灰石输送长皮带进行升级改造,能力由原有400t/h升级为1600t/h。本文主要介绍根据对已有皮带机进行现场测绘,获得6.3km皮带机布置地形图,通过地形分析,获得原始设计数据及优化设计方案;由于6.3 km长皮带部分中间架及支腿需保留原有设备,不在改造范围内,因此增加改造测量、施工难度。通过本文系统介绍6.3 km长皮带改造测量、设计及施工过程,为其它类似长皮带机改造项目提供参考价值。
Due to the existing plant capacity upgrading, the limestone consumption increased significantly, upgrading the capacity of 6.3 km existing overland belt conveyor from 400 t/h to 1 600 t/h to meet the production needs. This paper mainly introduces mapping the existing overland belt convey, obtains the topographic map of 6.3 km overland belt conveyor layout, through the topography analysis, the original design data and the optimized design proposal are obtained. Because of the parts of middle girder and support frame are not in the dismantle scope, the difficulty of measurement and construction is increased. This paper systematically introduces the measurement、design and construction process of the 6.3 km overland belt conveyor, providing reference value for other similar overland belt conveyor upgrading project.
