摘要
对废弃矿石制备机制砂,采用不同粒径组合,配合纤维素醚、触变润滑剂等改性,取代日益稀少的河砂作为骨料,通过研究保水率、拉伸粘结强度等性能参数,得出粒径组合在>1.18 mm占10%~30%,0.15 mm~1.18 mm占55%~65%,<0.15 mm以下的占10%~25%(其中<0.08 mm的控制在5%左右)情况下,各项性能较为优异。
For the preparation of machine-made sand from waste ore, different particle size combinations are combined with cellulose ethers and thixotropic lubricants to replace the increasingly scarce river sand as aggregates. By studying performance parameters such as water retention rate and tensile bonding strength, It is concluded that the combination of particle size,> 1.18 mm accounts for 10%~30%, 0.15 mm~1.18 mm accounts for 55%~65%, and those below 0.15 mm account for 10%~25%(wherein <0.08 mm is controlled at about 5%) In the case, the performance is relatively excellent.
