机场终端区进场航班优化排序研究 被引量:6

Research on Optimal Sequencing of Incoming Flights in Airport Terminal Area

摘要 为了提升多跑道机场的运行效率、合理安排飞机着陆次序,充分考虑跑道限制、管制运行规则及终端区延误消耗限制等因素,通过分析机场终端区结构、运行情况,保障延误消耗的可执行性,以航班总延误最小化为目标,建立结合调度的航班排序优化模型。采用先到先服务(FCFS)和局部队列优化,考虑在各路径点运行的约束前提下,通过对过点时刻航班分配达到安全间隔,优化降落次序。以广州终端区实际运行数据为例,选取高峰进港时段进行实例验证,结果表明模型可有效减少航班延误并合理分配空中延误,优化降落次序;并对比分析了RECET-CN尾流间隔与现行尾流间隔对航班优化排序的影响。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of multi runway airport and arrange the landing sequence reasonably,the runway restriction,control operation rules and delay consumption restriction of terminal area are fully considered.By analyzing the structure and operation of terminal area,the enforceability of delay consumption is guaranteed.With the objective of minimizing the total flight delay,the flight sequencing optimization model combined with flight scheduling is established.First come first service(FCFS)and local queue optimization are used to optimize the landing sequence by the safe interval of flights at the point of departure under the constraints of the operation of each route point.Taking the actual operation data of Guangzhou terminal area as an example,the peak arrival time is selected to verify the model.The results show that the model can effectively reduce flight delay,reasonably allocate air delay and optimize landing sequence.The influence of wake turbulence separation of RECAT CN and current wake interval on flight optimal sequencing is compared and analyzed.
