航空运输网络协同的通用机场区域可达性研究

摘要 通用机场在整个交通运输系统中发挥着支路与毛细血管的功能,是现有交通运输体系的有利补充,其可达性直接决定能否发挥优化与完善现有交通运输系统的功能。借鉴传统空间阻隔模型及潜能模型,考虑现有公共航空运输系统及土地利用等约束条件及期望功能,构建了通用航空机场指标体系。量化了出发地、出发地通用机场、目的地机场之间的连通性和出行时间,建立了通用机场区域航空运输可达性测算模型,对区域内各通用机场的可达性和区域总体可达性进行定量分析及评估。以江苏省为实例进行验证,结合江苏省通用机场点位及公共运输机场运营现状,计算所得的可达性指标与实际较为符合。 The general airport plays the role of branch and capillary in the whole transportation system,and is a favorable supplement to the existing transportation system.Its accessibility directly determines whether the existing transportation system can be optimized and improved.Based on the traditional spatial barrier model and potential model,considering the constraints and expected functions of the existing public air transport system and land use,this paper constructs a general aviation airport index system.This paper quantifies the connectivity and travel time among the departure,departure and destination airports,and established a general airport regional air transport accessibility measurement model to achieve quantitative analysis and evaluation of the accessibility of general airports in the region and the overall accessibility of the region.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,combined with the general airport location and the operation status of public transport airport in Jiangsu Province,the calculated accessibility index is in good agreement with the actual situation.
