摘要
为了确保电子设备与安装架之间的结构互连可靠性,开展了前紧定装置极限操作力矩研究。通过前紧定装置的受力模型理论研究,确定了拧紧力矩的设定值。考虑到最薄弱零件——螺杆的截面形状和螺纹结构可能导致定力矩拧紧条件下响应的不确定性,进行了前紧定装置极限操作扭矩的精确测量,分析测量结果可知:定力矩设定值产生的应变在螺杆的线弹性范围内,证明该定力矩设定值安全可行,可以供后续装配时使用。
In order to ensure that the electronic equipment and installation frame structure interconnection reliability,study on the limit set device before operating torque.Through the stress of the former set device model theory research,the tightening torque value is determined.Considering the weakest parts the section shape of the screw and the screw thread structure may lead to tighten torque response under the condition of uncertainty,the former set device operating torque limit precise measurement,analysis of measurement result:torque value produced by the strain in the screw of the linear elastic range,proved the feasibility of the torque value is safe,can be used for subsequent assembly time.
