摘要
为了节约成本,提高经济效益,对传统的茶叶制作工艺进行改进。通过2019-2020年,3次在坪溪茶场、霞香苑、全春茶场采摘铁观音鲜叶进行直条制作,改进了传统铁观音粗加工和精加工工艺,形状为长直条,条细空隙度小,体积小,条索紧结壮实、有重实感等优点;茶叶色泽褐红色,茶汤橙红色,滋味醇厚,在市场更受欢迎。
In order to save the cost and increase the economic benefit,it is necessary to improve the traditional tea making technology.The production technology of Hua’an Tieguanyin straight bar was carried out in Pingxi,Xiaxiangyuan and Quanchun tea garden of 2019-2020.By changing the rough and finishing production method of Tieguanyin,the tea is long branch with small volume and voidage,the branch is stronge and thick.The tea color is maroon with rich taste,which can be appreciated by the market.
