农村医养结合居家养老服务困境及对策分析

农村医养结合居家养老服务模式是有效解决农村养老问题的重要举措,既符合中国传统文化观念,又能带动养老资源下沉,对促进乡村振兴战略发展具有重要意义。但当前农村医养结合居家养老服务存在政策引导不足、资金投入不足、医养结合人才短缺、社会力量参与不足等发展困境。提出通过政府引导构建嵌入型医养结合养老服务体系、推动专业人才队伍建设、促进多项保障措施有效融合以及推动社会力量参与等措施对突破农村医养结合居家养老服务发展困境具有重要作用。

Rural medical care combined with home-based elderly care service model is an important measure to effectively solve the problems of rural elderly care.It not only conforms to traditional Chinese cultural concepts,but also drives down medical and health resources and elderly care resources,which is of great significance for promoting the strategic development of rural revitalization.But at present,there are some development difficulties,such as insufficient policy guidance,insufficient capital investment,shortage of talents and insufficient participation of social forces.According to the analysis,it plays an important role in breaking through the development dilemma of rural medical care combined with home care service by guiding the government to build an embedded medical care combined with elderly care service system,promoting the construction of professional talent team,strengthening the effective integration of multiple safeguard measures and promoting the participation of social forces.
