西南民族地区易地扶贫搬迁农户的社会融入问题研究

Social Integration Studies of Poverty Alleviation Relocated Farmers in the Ethnic Groups in Southwest Areas

易地扶贫搬迁工程对于打破贫困恶行循环、拉动经济增长以及积累脱贫经验等方面具有重大意义,但搬迁后的贫困群众在新的环境中,不同程度存在着社会融入问题。本文通过对相关案例分析,发现易地扶贫搬迁农户社会融入存在的主要问题和成因,提出搬迁前要加强农户现代文明的体验与融入、相关知识的培训,建立"共商、共建、共享"的移民安置区基层治理体系和搬迁农户也要转变心理态度、促进相互融合等建议。

The relocation project is a major project related to the whole fight against poverty,which is of great significance in breaking the vicious circle of poverty,stimulating economic growth and accumulating experience of poverty alleviation.However,after the relocation in the new environment,there are varying degrees of social integration problems.Through the analysis of relevant cases,this paper found out the main problems and causes,and proposed some suggestions such as strengthening the experience and integration of modern civilization,strengthening the training of relevant knowledge and establishing the grass-roots governance system of resettlement area of"consultation,co construction and sharing".At the same time,the relocated farmers should change their psychological attitude and promote mutual integration.
