Research on the Rural Tourism Development Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略下,探寻乡村旅游发展的有效对策。以泸州市叙永县为研究对象,分析乡村旅游发展过程中存在的问题,发现叙永县乡村旅游发展存在业态不够丰富、组织保障有待提升、共享平台未建立完善、地方特色民俗民族文化挖掘不够、专业人才的引进有待提升等问题,提出强化基层党组织建设、加强旅游方式转变、建立共享平台、挖掘特色民俗民族文化、优化人才政策等对策,以期为乡村旅游的发展提供理论参考。

Under the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper explored the effective countermeasures of rural tourism development.Taking Xuyong County of Luzhou City as example,combined with the local actual situation,the problems existing in the process of rural tourism development were analyzed.The results showed that there are some problems in the development of rural tourism in Xuyong County,such as the lack of rich formats,the need to improve the organizational security,the imperfect sharing platform,the insufficient excavation of local folk culture,the need to introduction of professional talents.Under the background of rural revitalization,some suggestions were put forward such as strengthening the construction of primary party organization and change of tourism ways,establishing platform,mining the characteristics of folk culture and optimizing talent policy in order to provide theoretical reference for the rural tourism.
