摘要
工程公司通常采用将介质假定为不可压缩流体的简化方法来对气相安全阀出口管径进行计算。气相安全阀出口管路在泄放过程中出现的临界流(阻塞流)及其可压缩特性在某些情况下不可忽视。在等温可压缩流体压降严格算法基础上,对管道中的临界流进行识别,同时对管道变径前后的静压计算进行了适当简化,整理出一套在工程上可行的气相安全阀出口管路管径严格计算方法,为管径设计优化提供了充分的理论依据。
The simplified method of assuming the fluid as incompressible material is usually used to calculate the vapor relief valve discharge pipe size.The critical flow(blocked flow)and its compressibility in the outlet pipeline of vapor relief valve cannot be ignored in some cases.Based on the rigorous algorithm for pressure drop of isothermal compressible,the critical flow in the pipe is identified,and the static pressure calculation before and after pipe reducer is appropriately simplified.A set of feasible strict calculation method of sizing vapor relief valve discharges pipe is summarized,which provides a sufficient theoretical basis of pipe designs and optimization.
