摘要 改革开放以来,国有企业改革发展不断取得重大进展,总体上已经同市场经济相融合,运行质量和效益明显提升,但一些企业仍然存在市场主体地位不够突出、法人治理结构不够清晰、现代企业制度不够健全等矛盾和问题,亟需解决。结合某大型国有企业集团人力资源管理实践中的经验,来分析当前大型国有企业集团在完善法人治理结构中存在的典型问题和误区,并提出对策建议。 Since the reform and opening up,the transform and development of state-owned enterprises have been making significant progress.On the whole,with the obvious improvement of operation quality and efficiency,they have been integrated with the market economy.However,some companies are still facing problems that should be solved,including the market players being not prominent enough,the corporate governance structure being not clear enough,and the modern enterprise system being not perfect.Combined with the experience in the human resource management practice,this article analyzes the typical problems and misunderstandings of large-scale state-owned enterprise groups in improving the corporate governance structures,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
