“双线混融教学”模式下高校教师专业发展面临的挑战与应对 被引量:9

摘要 “双线混融教学”模式通过联结“线上教学”和“线下教学”两种教学模式各自的优势,从而打造出1+1>2的教学效果,是顺应信息化时代产生的一种新型教学模式。疫情防控常态化后,“双线混融教学”模式将会更多地融入到我国高校教学活动当中,与此同时也为我国高校教师专业发展带来了一系列新的挑战。主要表现在教学生态系统的变更、教师“双线混融教学胜任力”的缺失、教师培训制度的滞后等方面。面对这些实然挑战,为促进高校教师专业发展提出一些应然对策。 The mode of dual-line blend teaching,a new teaching mode that conforms to the information era,combines the advantages of the two teaching modes,"online teaching"and"on site teaching".After the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the model will be integrated into the teaching activities in colleges and universities.At the same time,it also brings a series of new challenges to the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities.The challenges mainly include the change of teaching environment,the lack of teachers'competence to the new mode and the lag of teacher training system.Facing these challenges,some countermeasures should be put forward to promote the professional development of college teachers.
