新冠疫情期间国内中学教师在线教学效能感调查研究 被引量:1

Survey on Middle School Teachers’Online Teaching Efficacy under Outbreak of Covid-19 in China

摘要 通过对19个省、自治区、直辖市的746名一线教师开展问卷调查,发现新冠疫情突发期间国内中学教师的教学效能感整体处于中等偏上水平,个人教学效能感明显高于一般教学效能感。性别、教龄、学历、职称、学科类别、所处城乡区域、区域风险等级等因素对教学效能感没有显著影响;任教年级、担任班主任、以往在线教学经验、办公时长增减、使用的教学终端、家人态度等因素对效能感均存在显著影响。教师的教学效能感与学生的学业成绩呈显著正相关关系。应通过在职培训及职前培养进一步提升中学教师的教育信息化素养和在线教学能力,根据教师居家办公的实际工作量变化适当调整针对特殊时期及教学方式的劳动报酬。 The questionnaire survey covered 746 middle school teachers among 19 provinces,municipalities and municipalities directly under the central government.During the outbreak period,teachers'general efficacy was at an above-average level and individual efficacy is apparently higher than ordinary efficacy.Factors such as gender,teaching age,education background,professional title,subject category,urban or rural,pandemic risk grade have no obvious impact on teaching efficacy.While other factors like grade to teach,whether serve as class adviser,online teaching experience,change of working duration,teaching terminal,attitude of family have significant effect on teaching efficacy.There is a significant positive relationship among teachers'teaching efficacy and students'scholastic attainment.In-service training and pre-service cultivation should be put into effect to popularize and improve middle teachers'educational informationization attainment and online teaching ability.Payment of labor for special period and teaching mode needs appropriate adjustment according to actual pay.
