摘要
新时代人民满意的教育需要高质量的师资,教师教育的变革是要追求培养质量的全面提升和教师教育体系的真正重塑,师范类专业认证坚持以评促建、以评促改、以评促强的全新目标,为教师人才培育体系流入了新的动力。学生中心(SC)位居专业认证三大理念的核心和首要地位,在培养和造就教师人才的实践中就必须准确理解和把握SC。这就需要我们基于师范类专业认证,从教育学视域出发,对SC进行历史认识的澄清并从新时代背景出发对其进行概念解读:即SC的目标指向学生的发展;SC的实施立足于学生学习的活动本体;SC作为复合式结构的存在方式。基于以上认识,SC具有三重教育意涵:即目标指向上培育职业生涯持续发展的教师;变革思路是构建全新的教师教育体系;教育立场上充分彰显新时代教育的人民性。
based upon the New Era,the transformation of teacher education should pursuing not just the overall raise of the cultivation quality but the remodeling of teacher education system,and SC(Students Centered)is of the most important idea.It is the request that we clarify the SC concept by the historical cognition and understanding it from the visual field of pedagogy,based on the Normal Professional Qualification.SC aims to the students'development,and its implementation based upon the students'activities themselves,it exists as compound compounded entity.Base on the above knowledge,we and find the triple educational implication to SC that the teacher with the continual developed professional career,the re-building of completely new teacher educational system,fully showed the People Character of the education during the New Era.
