古城新建文化广场的空间使用分析--以开封市珠玑巷文化广场为例

Analysis on the Space Use in the Newly-Built Cultural Square in a Historical City--A Case of Zhujixiang Cultural Square in Kaifeng

许多历史文化名城开展的文化广场项目,已成为其城市发展的重要节点,需要对其的使用情况进行研究。本文以开封市珠玑巷文化广场为例,关注广场的空间构成和使用特点,通过实地测绘、现场观察和访谈,分析行为与空间的关系,总结使用需求。经研究发现,广场的使用有早晚高峰,小群活动频率高;人们在不同空间中的停留时长有显著不同,偏好有文化特色、绿植适中、有围合感的环境;使用者中的老年人较少(8%);近一半的人群(44%)从事与传统文化相关的教育及休闲活动。建议文化广场在建设及改造中,加强对本土文化的重视,在增强旅游吸引力的同时满足本地居民的需求,考虑各类使用行为的时空特点。

Many historical and cultural cities have launched the projects of cultural square,which have become an important node in their urban development,and their use needs to be studied.This paper takes Zhujixiang Cultural Square in Kaifeng as an example,pays attention to the space composition and use characteristics of the square,analyzes the relationship between behavior and space through field surveying and mapping,on-site observation and interviews,and summarizes the needs for use.The study has found that the use of the square has peaks in the morning and evening,and the frequency of small group activities is high.People spend significantly different time in different spaces.They prefer an environment with cultural characteristics,moderate green plants,and a sense of enclosure.Among the users,there are few elderly people(8%),and nearly half of the users(44%)engage in education and leisure activities related to traditional culture.It is suggested that the cultural square should pay more attention to local culture during the construction and renovation,and meet the needs of local residents while enhancing the attractiveness of tourism,and consider the temporal and spatial characteristics of various usage behaviors.
