沿黄城市老旧小区的旱涝韧性改造

Research on Restoration of Drought-Flood Resilence in the Old Residential Area along the Yellow River

老旧小区是韧性城市建设过程中的薄弱环节,本文就当下热议的韧性城市建设落脚于沿黄城市老旧小区改造实际问题展开研究分析。基于沿黄城市历史、地理特殊性,揭示旱涝韧性问题出现的普适性与特殊性根源。为解决沿黄城市老旧小区韧性薄弱问题、居民使用舒适性问题、老旧小区节水问题,提出从城市到社区运用综合、统筹的方法,从道路、场地、绿化、建筑四个方面修复旱涝韧性的老旧小区改造策略。

The old residential area is the weak link in the construction process of resilient city.This paper analyzes the practical problems in the reconstruction of the old residential area along the Yellow River that have been discussed frequently.Based on the historical and geographical particularity of the cities along the Yellow River,the universality and the origin of the particularity of flood resilience are revealed.In order to solve the weak resilence of the old residential areas along the Yellow River,the comfort of the residents and the water-saving problem of the old residential areas,a comprehensive and integrated method from the city to the community was put forward to restore the drought-flood resilence of the old residential areas from four aspects of roads,sites,greening and buildings.
