Construction Technology of Artificial Scattered Laying Method for Monolithic Track Bed of Subway Concrete Sleepers

本文简要介绍了深圳地铁10号线凉帽山车辆段混凝土轨枕整体道床人工散铺法轨道施工工艺。对前期准备、基底处理、轨排组装、轨道几何状态调整、混凝土灌注等进行了介绍。在工期紧、施工条件复杂、交叉作业频繁的情况下能够很好地保证整体道床的施工质量,满足设计及相关规范的要求。

The paper briefly describes the construction technology of artificial dispersion method of the integrated concrete track bed in Liangmaoshan vehicle base of Shenzhen Metro Line 10.It introduces the construction preparation,base gouging cleaning,track assembly and track state adjustment,concrete pouring of integral track bed,and so on.In the case of tight construction period,complex construction conditions and frequent cross work,the construction quality of the track bed can be well guaranteed and meet the requirements of design and relevant specifications.
