城市道路交叉口慢行优化设计研究

摘要 本文讨论了道路设计“以车为本”与“以人为本”两个基本原则间的关系,针对目前国内没有统一且易于城市规划师掌握的道路交叉口红线切角长度简化取值的现象,采用模拟方法测得几种常规交叉口的切角长度经验值;针对交叉口缘石半径普遍偏大的现象,结合标准研究与实地考察提出缘石半径的常用简化经验值。在前两条结论的基础上,引入国内外小交叉口慢行优化设计的常用措施。以西安友谊路交叉口改造为例,阐释了小交叉口慢行适宜性优化改造的常规技术措施。 This article discusses the relationship between the two basic principles of road design“motor vehicle-oriented”and“pedestrian-oriented”.Aiming at the problem that there is no uniform and easy-to-mastery urban planner’s simplification of the cut angle length of road intersections,this paper uses simulation methods to measure the empirical value of the cut angle length of several conventional intersections.Aiming at the phenomenon that the radius of the curb at the intersection is generally too large,this paper combines standard research and field investigation to propose a simplified empirical value of the curb radius.On the basis of the first two conclusions,common measures for the slow optimization design of small intersections at home and abroad are introduced.Taking the reconstruction of the intersection on Youyi Road in Xi’an as an example,the conventional technical measures for the optimization and reconstruction of the slow traffic suitability of small intersections are expounded.
