By using the method of literature review,this paper explains the definition of construction engineering management and engineering quality supervision,discusses the value of construction engineering management and quality supervision,illustrates the main body of current construction engineering quality supervision and control,and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the process of construction engineering management and engineering quality supervision,so as to put forward the effective solutions to the problems related to project management and project quality supervision.It aims to effectively improve the overall level of construction project management and engineering quality supervision.
