摘要 高校思政教师职业发展具有丰富价值意蕴,针对思政教师职业发展面临的发展思维功利化、主体意识贬抑化、技术运作程式化等实然困境,要从内在向度与外在向度寻求对策,以实现思政教师职业发展的全面、综合与可持续性。 The professional development of ideological and political teachers in universities has rich meanings.In view of the practical difficulties in professional development of ideological and political teachers,such as the utilitarianization of developmental thinking,the devaluation of subject consciousness,and the stylization of technical operations,it is necessary to seek solutions from both internal and external dimension for overall,comprehensive and sustainable professional development of teachers of ideological and political education.
