“产教融合”视角下“双师型”教师培养的困境与突破 被引量:5

摘要 “双师型”教师要兼备深厚的专业理论知识和过硬的专业实践能力,这是“双师型”教师的应有之义。构建“双师型”教师队伍是高职院校培养出高技术人才的保障,也是促进生产和教育一体化的重要出发点。“产教融合”是产业体系与教育体系相结合形成的有机整体,从“产教融合”的角度看,当前双师建设存在诸多问题,例如:缺乏统一的认证标准,教师管理制度不健全;教师实践平台不完善,教师培训体系不健全;教师绩效考评形式化,缺乏“双师”激励机制等,要解决这些困境需要从以下方面入手:制定教师准入标准,改革师资管理制度;建立“校企共同体”,创建教师实践平台;建立教师考核方案,探索教师激励机制。 As it is an inherent requirement for“double-qualified”teachers to be equipped with profound professional theoretical knowledge and high practical capabilities,the training of teachers of this type is both the guarantee for vocational colleges to cultivate high-tech talents,and an important initial step to promote the integration of production and education.From the perspective of“industry-education integration”,an organic combination between the industrial system and the education system,many problems are challenging current construction of the team of such teachers,such as the lack of unified certification standards,incomplete teacher management system,imperfect teacher practice platforms and training system,formalized performance assessment and lack of relevant incentive mechanism.To solve these problems,the measures below should be taken such as formulating admission standards,reforming the teacher management system;establishing a“school-enterprise”community,setting up a teacher practice platform,formulating a teacher assessment plan,and designing relevant incentive mechanisms.
