摘要
交通业是一座城市不可或缺的组成部分。1932年日本帝国主义在中国东北扶持建立傀儡政权“满洲国”,“建都”长春并将其改名为“新京特别市”,同期即开展了对“新京”的规划与建设工作。然而伪满洲国的交通业主要是为殖民统治以及在“满”日本人和伪满洲国官吏服务的,无论是市内的城市公共交通还是对外的铁路、航空交通,其本质都是为日本殖民统治的工具。
The transportation industry is an indispensable part of a city.In 1932,Japanese imperialism supported the establishment of a puppet regime in Northeast China,the Manchukuo,and made Changchun as its capital and renamed“Xinjing Speical City”.Meanwhile,planning and construction of the city started.However,the transportation industry of the puppet Manchukuo mainly served the colonial rule and the Japanese and officials in Puppet Manchukuo.Both urban public transportation or external railways and air transportation are only tools of Japanese colonization.
