摘要
44岁女性患者,因梭形细胞肉瘤予程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)单抗特瑞普利单抗治疗后50d左右出现心悸、胸痛症状入院,心电图检查提示室性心动过速,复律后心电图检查提示前壁、下壁异常Q波及ST段抬高,心肌损伤标志物持续升高,合并有甲状腺功能减退、肌炎、视乳头水肿,结合心脏彩超检查,临床诊断PD-1单抗相关心肌炎,予低剂量糖皮质激素及硫唑嘌呤治疗后临床痊愈。
