猪流感二价灭活疫苗(H1N1 HN株+H3N2 HLJ株)单剂量重复接种安全性试验

Safety Test of Swine Influenza Bivalent Inactivated Vaccine(H1N1 HN Strain + H3N2 HLJ Strain) with Single Dose Repeated Inoculation

为评价猪流感二价灭活疫苗(H1N1 HN株+H3N2 HLJ株)单剂量重复接种仔猪的安全性,试验选取4周龄健康易感仔猪20头,随机分为4组(免疫1组、免疫2组、免疫3组和对照组),每组5头,免疫组分别颈部肌肉接种3批次猪流感二价灭活疫苗(H1N1 HN株+H3N2 HLJ株)制品,2.0 mL·头^(-1),免疫后第14天按相同的剂量重复接种1次,对照组接种等量的生理盐水,对试验猪开展安全性评价。结果显示:疫苗单剂量重复接种后试验猪全部健活,体温正常,精神状态良好,行为、采食和饮水正常,无其他全身不良反应;注射局部吸收良好,无红肿、硬结。说明疫苗单剂量重复接种对仔猪安全性良好。

To evaluate the safety of swine influenza bivalent inactivated vaccine(H1N1 HN strain+H3N2 HLJ strain)single dose repeated vaccination in piglets,204-week-old healthy susceptible piglets were randomly divided into four groups(immunization group 1,immunization group 2,immunization group 3 and the control group),with five piglets in four group.The control group was inoculated with the same amount of normal saline,and the safety of the experimental pigs was evaluated.The results showed that all the pigs were healthy and alive,with normal body temperature,good mental state,normal behavior,feeding and drinking water,and no other systemic adverse reactions;the local absorption of the injection was good,without redness,swelling and induration.The results showed that single dose repeated vaccination was safe for piglets.
