摘要
菊花为一种常见的药食同源中药,在我国种植范围很广。菊花中含有多种活性成分。文章综述了菊花及其副产物茎叶等部位的活性成分种类和含量、药理作用,以及菊花副产物在畜禽和水产养殖中的应用,为菊花及其副产物作为饲料添加剂的开发提供了依据,以达到资源的有效利用。
Chrysanthemum is a common Chinese medicine with the same source of medicine and food,and it has a wide range of cultivation in China.Chrysanthemum contains many active ingredients.The types and contents of active ingredients and pharmacological effects of chrysanthemum and its by-product stems and leaves,as well as the application of chrysanthemum and its by-products in livestock,poultry and aquaculture were reviewed in this paper,and a basis for the development of chrysanthemum by-products as feed additives was provided,in order to a chieve effective use of resources.
