抽真空泵断轴原因分析及解决措施

摘要 针对中国石油兰州石化公司某装置抽真空泵频繁断轴问题,通过收集该装置相关检修记录及设备运行技术数据,对轴承受力进行了详细分析,对轴承强度等进行了计算。确定了造成断轴的主要原因,提出了解决措施,消除了断轴现象,保证了装置的稳定运行。 Aiming at the frequent shaft breaking problem of a vacuum pump in a unit of CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,the bearing force was analyzed in detail and the bearing strength was calculated by collecting the maintenance records of the unit and the technical data of equipment operation.The main cause of broken shaft is determined,and the solution measures are put forward to eliminate the phenomenon of broken shaft and ensure the stable operation of the device.
