The renewal of old communities is an important task for a city's grassroots governance system.Aged e-quipment and facilities,poor living environment and lack of long-term management mechanism are the shortcomings of current urban community's governance work.Under the leadership of the grassroots government,residents,property rights units,property companies and government are participating together to solve the problems of old residential restricts and create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
