基于数据挖掘技术分析王琦治疗勃起功能障碍的用药规律

Analysis of The Medication Rule of Academician WANG Qi for Erectile Dysfunction Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:应用中医传承辅助平台分析王琦院士治疗勃起功能障碍的组方用药规律和临床用药特点,以更好地传承和发展国医大师的学术经验。方法:通过整理王琦院士2017~2019年间治疗勃起功能障碍的门诊病历录入中医传承辅助系统软件,并使用该软件的关联规则及复杂熵聚类等分析方法进行数据挖掘与分析。结果:获得完整处方共232首,涉及药物214味,临床用药药性大多为味辛、性温或寒,主归肝肾经,其次为脾心经,提取核心药物组合30个,新方15个。结论:基于此数据分析发现王琦院士治疗勃起功能障碍主要是在“宗筋论”“阳痿从肝论治”的理论指导下,以疏肝通络、调达宗筋为主,具体治法以疏肝补肾为关键兼顾心脾,用药特色辛开苦降、阴阳互根且善用动物药。

Objective:To better inherit and develop the academic experience of Chinese medicine masters,we used the Inheritance Support System of Traditional Chinese Medicine to analyze the prescription and clinical characteristics of WANG Qi for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Methods:The outpatient medical records of Academician WANG Qi for the treatment of erectile dysfunction from 2017 to 2019 were sorted,entered into the Inheritance Support System of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and used the software's association rules and complex entropy clustering analysis methods for data mining and analysis.Results:A total of 232 complete prescriptions were obtained,involving 214 flavors of herbs.Most of the clinical medications were taste pungent,warm or cold in nature,mainly in the liver and kidney meridians,followed by the spleen and heart meridians.30 core drug combinations and 15 new prescriptions were extracted.Conclusion:Based on this data analysis,we found that academician WANG Qi's treatment of erectile dysfunction is mainly under the theoretical guidance of“Zongjin Theory”,and the treatment is Shugan Tongluo,regulating Zongjin,which is specifically composed of drugs that relieve liver and kidney,and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The specific treatment method is to soothe the liver and nourish the kidney,take care of the heart and spleen.And he is good at using animal medicine.
