益气活血法对血管损伤保护作用的研究

Advances in research on the protective effect of Yiqi Huoxue method on vascular injury

总结探讨益气活血法治疗血管损伤的基础研究进展,分别从中西医角度阐述血管损伤的可能病机。从保护内皮损伤、抑制平滑肌增殖、抗氧化应激、抗炎症反应、促血管新生、改善脂质代谢等作用途径归纳该类药物治疗血管损伤的实验进展,发现益气活血单味中药常选用黄芪、红景天、人参、三七、川芎等,益气活血中药单体常选用红花黄色素、人参皂苷、白藜芦醇、川芎嗪等,益气活血中药复方常选用补阳还五汤、麝香保心丸、丹红注射液等。并就近5年来应用益气活血法治疗血管损伤病变的作用机制进行了总结与述评,对未来研究进行了展望,以期为临床使用益气活血中药治疗血管损伤提供参考依据。

This article summarizes the basic research progress of Yiqihuoxue method in treating vascular injury,and discusses the possible pathogenesis of vascular injury from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine from protective endothelial injury,inhibition of smooth muscle proliferation,anti-oxidative stress,antiinflammatory response,angiogenesis,lipid improvement and so on summarizing the experimental progress of these drugs in treating vascular injury.It is found that Yiqi Huoxue single traditional Chinese medicines often include Astragalus,Rhodiola,Ginseng,Panax notoginseng,Chuanxiong,etc.Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicines often include safflower,Yellow pigment,ginsenoside,resveratrol,ligustrazine,etc.,Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine compounds often choose Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Shexiang Baoxin Pill,Danhong injection,etc.The mechanism of application of Yiqihuoxue method in the treatment of vascular injury lesions was summarized and reviewed in nearly five years,and the future research was prospected,in order to provide a reference for the clinical use of Yiqihuoxue Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular injury.
