虫草素衍生物修饰纳米金的合成

Synthesis of gold nanoparticles modified by cordycepin derivatives

摘要 以虫草素A(3′-脱氧腺苷,3′-Deoxyadenosine)为原料合成(5′-噻吩甲酰酯)-3′-脱氧腺苷(B),对化合物B进行修饰纳米金得到络合物C.本实验用虫草素的无水吡啶溶液和2-噻吩甲酰氯溶液反应,运用TLC监测,萃取,柱层析等方法得到络合物C.通过红外(IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计、X射线衍射(XRD)等,对络合物C结构及形貌进行了表征,并通过核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱证实确定得到络合物C.通过虫草素衍生物进行修饰纳米金,以期经过结构修饰后的虫草素脂溶性增强.本实验得到的虫草素衍生物为后续对虫草素抗菌、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等活性研究奠定了基础. To synthesize(5'-thiophenyl ester)-3'-deoxyadenosine(B)from cordycepin(A),and modify compound B to obtain complex C.In this paper,cordyceps sinensis was reacted with anhydrous pyridine solution and 2-Thiophenecarbonyl chloride solution,and product C was obtained by TLC monitoring,extraction and column chromatography.The structure and morphology of complex C were characterized by infrared(IR),uV-visible spectrophotometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the compound C was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectrum and mass spectrum.This paper intends to modify gold nanoparticles with cordycepin derivatives in order to enhance the lipid solubility of cordycepin after structural modification.The derivatives of cordycepin obtained in this paper lay a foundation for further studies on the antibacterial,immunomodulative and antitumor activities of cordycepin.
