装配式建筑质量影响因素的识别和控制

Identification and control of factors affecting quality of prefabricated buildings

为合理提出装配式建筑质量管理建议,通过查阅大量文献,初步确定装配式建筑质量的影响因素,基于“4M1E”理论对初步识别的因素进行增补和调整,最后构建装配式建筑质量研究测量指标体系.运用结构方程模型对测量指标进行分析,结果发现,影响程度重要性排列顺序为:参与主体>项目环境>管理方式.根据分析的结果,提出提升装配式建筑质量的建议,以推动装配式建筑得以更好的发展.

By consulting a large number of literature to put forward reasonable suggestions on the quality management of prefabricated buildings,the factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building were provisionally fixed.Based on the“4M1E”theory,the factors initially identified were supplemented and adjusted.Finally,the measurement index system of prefabricated building quality research was constructed.The structural equation model was used to analyze the measurement indexes,and the results showed that the order of importance of the impact degree was:the participants>project environment>management mode.According to the results of the analysis,some suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of prefabricated buildings,so as to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
