摘要
Resveratrol(Res)is a non-flavonoid polyphenol compound containing a stilbene structure,which mainly exists in grape,peanut,mulberry,Polygonum cuspidatum and other plants.It has a variety of biological activity such as anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-tumor and cardiovascular disease prevention.In this paper,we reviewed the current research on resveratrol s biological activity and application,and prospected the application potential and development prospects of resveratrol in food,health products and biomedicine.
