Global Dairy Products Trade Pattern and Market Structure Analysis

基于1998年-2018年的乳制品贸易数据,探究了全球乳制品贸易格局的演变历程,发现新西兰、澳大利亚、美国和法国等是主要的出口国,而中国、日本、墨西哥等是主要的进口国,且各自排名较为稳定。研究进一步并采用市场集中度指标对世界乳制品出口市场和进口市场的结构进行了详细分析,结果表明乳制品贸易进口、出口市场结构在大部分年份表现为低寡占II型,少数年份为竞争型。

Based on the dairy product trade data from 1998 to 2018,we explored the evolution of the global dairy product trade pattern and found that New Zealand,Australia,the United States,and France are the main exporting countries,while China,Japan,Mexico,etc.are the main importing countries,And their respective rankings are relatively stable.And use the market concentration index to analyze the structure of the world dairy product export market and import market in detail.The results show that the import and export market structure of dairy products trade is low oligopoly II in most years,and competitive in a few years.
