大西高速铁路聚氨酯固化道床技术应用 被引量:5

摘要 根据国内外高速铁路应用现状及相关研究和试验,有砟轨道面临道砟飞溅、道床稳定性弱、道砟易粉化、轨道几何形位变化快等诸多挑战。2010年以来,针对铁路建设和运营需求,我国研发形成了具有自主知识产权的高速铁路聚氨酯固化道床结构设计、材料制备、施工工艺和装备、养护维修等成套技术,成果首次在大西高速铁路综合试验段进行了应用考核。试验结果表明:按照提出的施工工艺浇筑施工后可形成设计的固化道床断面,聚氨酯固化材料和道砟粘结良好;道床纵横向阻力明显增加,具有良好的轨距保持能力,各项动力学测试指标均在评判标准限值范围内;与无砟轨道相比,聚氨酯道床路基面时域减振效果2.8~7.4 dB,噪声降低0.9~2.6 dB(A)。大西高速铁路综合试验成功验证了聚氨酯固化道床的良好性能,对于提升我国高速铁路有砟轨道技术,丰富高速铁路轨道结构型式具有重要意义。 According to the current status of domestic and overseas application and related research and test,the HSR with the ballasted track faces many challenges,such as ballast splashing,weak stability of ballast bed,easy pulverization of ballast and rapid change of track geometry,etc.In response to railway construction and operation requirements,China has developed a complete set of technologies with independent intellectual property rights since 2010,such as structural design,material preparation,construction technique and equipment,maintenance and repair of polyurethane solidified ballast bed for HSR.The results have been applied and assessed for the first time in the comprehensive test section of Datong-Xi'an HSR.The test results show that the designed solidified ballast bed section can be formed after pouring according to the proposed construction technique,and the polyurethane solidified material and ballast are well bonded;the longitudinal and transverse resistance of the ballast bed increases obviously,the rail gauge can be maintained properly,and all the dynamic test indexes are within the limits of evaluation criteria;compared with the ballastless track,the time domain vibration reduction effect of the subgrade surface of polyurethane ballast bed is 2.8~7.4 dB,and the noise is reduced by 0.9~2.6 dB(A).The comprehensive test of Datong-Xi'an HSR successfully verified the good performance of polyurethane solidified ballast bed,which is of great significance for improving the ballasted track technology of HSR in China and enriching the track structure types of HSR.
