基于边界元理论的道岔区轮轨滚动接触频域计算方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对道岔区段复杂轮轨关系问题,提出融合三维曲面轮廓投影、FFT-CONTACT算法的道岔区段轮轨滚动接触计算方法。该方法综合利用迹线法、曲面轮廓投影以及法向量迭代修正的手段求解道岔区段三维轮轨型面接触几何问题,并以边界元理论为基础,针对描述接触位移与接触力关系的Bossinesq和Cerruti公式,利用Fourier变换与共轭梯度算法相结合的方法在频域内对轮轨接触力进行求解。在保证轮轨接触力计算准确性的前提下显著提高了计算效率。 In terms of complicated wheel-rail interaction in the turnout section,a calculation method for wheel-rail rolling contact in the turnout section is proposed,which integrates 3D curved surface profile projection and FFT CONTACT algorithm.In the method,the trace line method,curved surface profile projection and iterative correction of normal vector are comprehensively applied to solve the geometric problems of 3D wheel-rail profile contact in the turnout section.Based on the boundary element theory,Fourier transform and conjugate gradient algorithms are combined to solve the wheel-rail contact force in the frequency domain,in consideration of the Bossinesq and Cerruti formulas describing the interaction between contact displacement and contact force.On the premise of ensuring the calculation accuracy of wheel-rail contact force,the calculation efficiency is improved in a remarkable manner.
