Research on Special Construction Methods for 0^(#) Block of Continuous Beam of Changguo Super Major Bridge of Lhasa-Nyingchi Railway

摘要 桥梁工程的迅猛发展,为我国交通事业的进步注入了强大动力。结合昌果特大桥连续梁0^(#)块实际特点,对混凝土桥梁施工方法进行研究,设计确立了符合现场要求的施工流程。同时,对三角形托架法的关键技术(如托架设计及施工、模板设计及安装、预应力张拉施工等)进行阐述,分析其在桥梁施工中的影响因素、方式及必要性,并针对实际特征进行设计与改进。根据现场实际特点及相关要求,针对相关技术、工艺提出有效的控制措施,以消除或减小不良因素对桥梁施工的影响,使其达到设计要求。 The rapid development of bridge engineering has injected a strong impetus into the growth of China’s transportation industry.According to the characteristics of 0^(#)block of the continuous beam of Changguo Super Major Bridge,methods for constructing concrete bridges are studied,and a constructing process that fits on-site operation is also designed.Meanwhile,the key technologies of the triangular bracket method(such as bracket design and construction,formwork design and erection,prestressed tensioning construction,etc.)are elaborated,with the influencing factors,modes,and necessity of this method in bridge construction being analyzed.Some designs and improvements are also carried out based on the features of the bridge.According to the on-site situation and relevant requirements,control measures regarding relevant technologies and processes are put forward for the purpose of eliminating or reducing the bad effects on bridge construction,thus ensuring that the construction meets the design requirement.
