盆底重建结合电刺激疗法在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者治疗中的应用

Application of Pelvic Floor Reconstruction Combined with Electrical Stimulation Therapy in the Treatment of Female Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的:探讨盆底重建结合电刺激疗法在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者治疗中的应用。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月本院收治的女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者100例,并对其资料进行回顾性分析。按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用盆底重建手术结合电刺激疗法治疗,对照组采用盆底重建手术治疗。比较两组患者术前及术后6个月的盆底肌肌力情况、盆底功能障碍问卷(pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20,PFDI-20)评分,并比较两组术后6个月、1年时的复发情况。结果:术后6个月,观察组盆底肌肌力情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组POPDI-6、CARDI-8、UDI-6及PFDI-20评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底重建结合电刺激疗法在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者治疗中的应用价值较高,其可有效改善脱垂程度以及症状,复发率低,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the application of pelvic floor reconstruction combined with electrical stimulation therapy in the treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:A total of 100 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected and their data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group received pelvic floor reconstruction surgery combined with electrical stimulation therapy,the control group received pelvic floor reconstruction surgery.The pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 (PFDI-20) scores were compared between the two groups before surgery and 6 months after surgery,and the recurrence rates at 6 months and 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:6 months after surgery,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the scores of POPDI-6,CARDI-8,UDI-6 and PFDI-20in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).1 year after surgery,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor reconstruction combined with electrical stimulation therapy has a high application value in the treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,which can effectively improve the degree and symptoms of prolapse,and has a low recurrence rate,so it is worthy of application.
