早期针灸联合现代康复在急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical Efficacy of Early Acupuncture Combined with Modern Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in Relaxant Paralysis

目的:分析在急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪患者中开展早期针灸与现代康复联合治疗的效果及意义。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月在本院治疗的80例急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组开展现代康复治疗,观察组开展早期针灸联合现代康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)、生活质量量表(SF-36)及日常生活活动功能状态(Barthel指数)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组FMA评分为(94.66±3.79)分,对照组为(80.27±3.44)分;观察组Barthel指数为(66.42±3.91)分,对照组为(51.37±3.88)分;观察组SF-36总分为(96.71±2.52)分,对照组为(79.44±2.37)分。观察组FMA、Barthel指数、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪开展早期针灸与现代康复联合治疗,有效促进患者的肢体功能恢复,提高生活质量和生活独立性,具有重要的研究价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect and significance of developing early acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation in patients with acute ischemic stroke in relaxant paralysis.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke in relaxant paralysis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,according to the number table method,40 cases in each group.While the control group treated with modern rehabilitation,the observation group treated with early acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation.The body motor function rating scale(FMA),quality of life scale(SF-36)and functional status of daily living(Barthel index)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the FMA scores was(94.66±3.79)points in the observation group and(80.27±3.44)points in the control group,the Barthel index scores was(66.42±3.91)points in the observation group and(51.37±3.88)points in the control group,the total scores of the SF-36 was(96.71±2.52)points in the observation group and(79.44±2.37)points in the control group.The scores of FMA,Barthel index and SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great research value to carry out early acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation for acute ischemic stroke in relaxant paralysis,which can effectively promote the recovery of limb function and improve the independence and quality of life of patients.
