改良根治术和典型根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果及对患者生活质量、术后满意度的影响

Clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy and typical radical mastectomy on breast cancer and its influence on quality of life and postoperative satisfaction of patients

目的探讨改良根治术和典型根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果及对患者生活质量、术后满意度的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的170例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组(n=90,改良根治术)和对照组(n=80,典型根治术)。比较两组的手术情况、预后情况、术后生活质量及术后满意度。结果观察组的手术时间、切口长度、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的1年总生存率、复发率及复发部位比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后SF-36各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良根治术和典型根治术均对乳腺癌患者有较好的临床效果,但经改良根治术治疗患者的生活质量更优,术后满意度更高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy and typical radical mastectomy on breast cancer and its influence on quality of life and postoperative satisfaction of patients.Methods A total of 170 breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(n=90,modified radical mastectomy)and control group(n=80,typical radical mastectomy).The operation status,prognosis,postoperative quality of life and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the 1-year overall survival rate,recurrence rate and recurrence site between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative SF-36 scores in all dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both modified radical mastectomy and typical radical mastectomy have good clinical effects on breast cancer patients,but patients treated with modified radical mastectomy have better quality of life and higher postoperative satisfaction.
