前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及对患者肾功能、炎症反应及血流动力学的影响

Clinical effect of alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its influence on renal function,inflammatory response and hemodynamics of patients

目的探讨前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果及对患者肾功能、炎症反应及血流动力学的影响。方法选取我院收治的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(40例,缬沙坦)和观察组(40例,前列地尔+缬沙坦)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的24 h Upro、SCr、BUN水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CRP、CysC、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、PAI-1水平均低于对照组,t-PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果显著,可明显抑制炎症反应,改善患者的肾功能及血流动力学指标。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its influence on renal function,inflammatory response and hemodynamics of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,valsartan)and observation group(40 cases,alprostadil+valsartan)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h Upro,SCr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,CysC,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and PAI-1 level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the t-PA level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has a significant clinical effect,which can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response and improve the patient's renal function and hemodynamic indicators.
